Rules:
· You must be at least 18 years of age with a valid State issued ID
· There will be no nudity or man thongs, or speedos allowed
· Lewd,
nude or obscene actions on stage will get you disqualified without
warning, and you will be issued a fine from the Outagamie
Sherriff’s Department whom will be present at the event.

*You must include a photocopy of your Drivers License with the form to verify that you are 18 years of age or older.

You may also wait until the show to register but if there are too many
pre-registrations there is the possibility of not being able to enter
so pre-registering is a good idea
