Judging Criteria

NO GLASS & NO CARRY IN'S...  

Admissable Displays:

Displays that are of a disruptive, objectionable or inappropriate nature, as interpreted by show management, will be removed from the show. This also applies if your vehicle is blocking isle traffic. Placement will be given on a first come first served basis and at the full discretion of show management staff. This means that you should get to the venue early. If a member of your crew arrives late, does not caravan with you, and is not in line with you at the time of roll-in, they may not be placed with you (NO EXCEPTIONS).
Full Displays must be requested prior to the event date.
Show space is determined by show management. For venues that require special layouts, placement will be at the full discretion of show management staff. 
Late Arrivals
Participants arriving for setup after scheduled roll-in time can be spotted in any location specified by show management, or may forfeit their show participation rights.

Sale Of Merchandise/Distributing Literature
No sale of merchandise or distributing of literature will be permitted unless the sale is performed in a paid Vendor Booth area.or unless a walking vendor pass is obtained . For more information on vendor booth see vendor section or e-mail sweet@dropfest.com 
Models
All models in your display space, or in your vehicle weather it is parked or they are riding in it, must be in good taste. DropFest©™ Shows have many minors present. Thus we all need to make sure everything at the show is appropriate for all ages. No lingerie, extremely skimpy clothing and absolutely no stripping or lude acts. Also, if a model in your area or in your vehicle becomes disruptive to the show, management reserves the right to stop any activities.If the activities do not stop or if the activties are too distasteful or disruptive you will be asked to leave without refund.

Food & Drink
There will be NO OUTSIDE FOOD OR BEVERAGES ALLOWED inside the Show venue grounds .Vehicles will be searched and items not allowed in venue will be confiscated.
NO GLASS BOTTLES IN OR ON SHOW GROUNDS

Other Important Information
Show management shall have full power in the interpretation and enforcement of all terms, rules and regulations and any further stipulations considered necessary for the proper conduct of the show.

Participants agree to comply with all standards and rules set forth by judges and organizers of DropFest.©™ Participants failure to comply with such terms, rules and regulations shall entitle DropFest©™ to terminate it's obligations to such participant.

Participants agree to accept, under reasonable conditions, the final judgment and award of prizes of the judges of same event.

Participants agree to comply with all pertinent laws, codes and regulations of municipal or other authorities which affect the display space.

Pornographic material or material that is not in good taste, displayed and/or playing in or around your vehicle will constitute automatic disqualification!

Any fighting from amongst show participants and/or attendees will result in their immediate removal from the show. In the event a fight occurs where a car club member is involved, the entire club will be removed from the show without reimbursement and they will not qualify for any awards.

If you choose to bring a pet please provide for proper containment of such animal. Dogs MUST be muzzled and leashed when on the show grounds. Please be considerate of others and the Show grounds by picking up after your pet.

Show vehicle roll-in will start at 7 am Saturday, August 13th 2011
Drive-Thru show vehicle judging between 8:00am and 3:00pm Saturday. There will be no Show Vehicle judging after the cut-off time of 3:00pm Saturday unless you are in line waiting to be judged then you will be allowed to stay in line and be judged. Awards will be at 7pm on Saturday August 13th

All Hydro competitors MUST be at the show prior to 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, August 13th 
to participate in the competition.


DJ’s and MOBILE SETUPS
No DJ’s and/or equipment are permitted other than those provided by Show management.

Your Display Space
All display vehicles, displays, signs, stickers etc. must remain within your assigned show space at all times. Participants will be responsible for removal of all displays and/or stickers they may have used for show purposes. If show personnel or venue maintenance crew(s) are left to remove your stickers, the participant will be charged a fee for each sticker that has to be removed. No distribution of literature or placement of literature around the venue will be permitted. Music must remain within the confines of your space or played at a level not to interrupt the business of surrounding vendors. Specialized lighting also must remain within the confines of your display space.
Attendees, participants, and exhibitors agree to hold harmless the organizers, sponsors and participants of DropFest©™ from any claims of loss and/or harm regarding same event. DropFest©™ organizers are not responsible for any theft, damage, injury or any other loss that may arise from the participation and/or attendance of the Show.
