Dear Vendors,


As you probably know DropFest is one of the largest custom vehicle carshows in the midwest that has a main age demographic of 16 to 40 years of age . The attendance last year was over 500 show cars and over 5000 spectators throughout the weekend even with the bad weather. Since the show started it has grown tremendously every year, and it is a great way to get your companies goods or services out there .


These are the booth prices for 2011. All booth areas are outdoors. You will need to supply your own cover or canopy and electricity. There are no chairs or accessories included in your space. There will be security provided throughout the weekend including overnight . Set up will be Friday from noon till 6pm. Late vendors will have to carry product in by hand from the parking area. Tear down will be  Saturday after the show. All booths include 2 show passes, additional passes can be purchased at time of booth payment or at show.

*All vendors must have appropriate licenses or permits to vend at the show*

Note the number of passes needed. In order to hold your space please make payment as soon as possible, make checks to Sweet Promotions LLC . All payments must be made in full 2 weeks prior to the show to hold your spot. Also include a signed copy of the contract with payment. Please take time to read the booth restrictions, they are on the website www.dropfest.com under the rules section.

*A 25% fee will be charged to any check that is returned for non-sufficent funds and No refunds or credits will be offered on No Shows.

* NO checks will be taken at the show (cash only) checks must be received and cleared before show or payment will need to made in cash.
